After using Noggit, I am wondering how to put my saved maps into the game.
Any ideas on how I can go about doing this?
Anyone who helps me out to the point of understanding, I will +Rep

After you've saved your edit you will have a directory in your wow folder called World. Inside World there's Maps, and inside Maps there's the continent you've edited. (Azeroth, Kalimdor or any of the expansions) Inside that there should be one or more .adt file with the name XXXXXXXX_YY_ZZ.adt with X being the content, YY and ZZ the adt numbers.
So, if you have, for example, made an edit in Elwynn Forest the path to the file is
World\Maps\Azeroth\Azeroth_XX_YY.adt
Remember the path.
Open MyWarcraftStudio or any other mpq editor.
Create a new mpq file (it's an option on the menu bar.. (p) I think)
Go to the same tab as for where you created the mpq and choose Add file to archive..
Browse to the ADT(s) that you have edited. BEFORE you remove the window though there's a window where it says the adt filename and the browse icon is to the right.
If I use my last example it'd say
Azeroth_XX_YY.adt
We need to add our path before it so that it says:
World\Maps\Azeroth\Azeroth_XX_YY.adt
Again, this depends on your original path.
Click OK and the file should be added on the left.
Add all of the adt's you want using the same technique and then save the archive as patch-X.MPQ. Pay attention: the p should not be capitalized. The X is a random non-used number or letter, it should be capitalized. MPQ should also be capitalized.
Save it in WoWfolder\Data and you're all set

Edit: Got it working!
Any reason why my texture turned green?

You are using specular highlighting. Turn off specular highlighting and it should show up normally
If that doesn't solve the problem, then you may have made a bad texture file (ie. you didn't convert it to .BLP/properly).
