How do i load the skins i've dwnlded into the game?

i have some skins that I've downloaded and I've put the .mpq files in my Data folder. when i start up wow using the wowme.exe, the skins dont load up. please help... i havent posted here without reading up myself but im not getting anywhere

Also, can I have a link to the WoWME download please (just in case i've got a wrong version or something)

WoWME prevents wow from crashing with some wowerrors when we edit models or wmos that shouldn't be edit ( but sometimes wow really crash and it has nothing to do with model editing )

What skins ? what names ? for what model ? to where ? There isn't enough information :/
I don't have the wowme link right now

Obviously you got yourself wrong somewhere, my guess is the Treepath but it depends what skins
