How to reshape models?

I would like to know how to reshape the character models on WoW. If anyone could help me by telling me some programs to use or give me a guide, i would love it. For example, i dont like the way female night elves look and would like to shape them to make them look more feminine. Thank you in advance ^^.

Get Glitchy's MES, convert the m2 to obj, open obj in 3D editor (3ds max for example), change some vertices (think that's what they're called) and convert the obj back to m2. I think there's a video guide for the conversion tool in Glitchy's thread. Keep in mind that, as far as I know, you can't change the number of vertices and changing the model too much will yield... less than appealing results.

I've only experimented with this twice but it seemed fairly noob friendly. That was a long time ago though so if I made any mistakes here, feel free to point them out.

kk ty soo much, i was already downloading 3d max but then somehow i felt that i couldn't edit models but, just move them around to make movies so i paused the download.
