[Help]Edit skyboxes

Well I read a few guides on Light.dbc, but I made no progress really
and kinda stuck on the problem

so how do one change skyboxes in light.dbc

What i understand from the file, changing skyboxes on an entire instance is easy, but to make it a local change in either Azeroth or Kalimdor seems to be tough.
