First, I'm very sorry for spamming here. I'm a real noob and i am very sorry for this topic, but can you please tell me what program do I use to make Areas/Worlds in WoW?

First. There's a subsection in model editing for help/request/questions

Anyhow to do area changes you should look into Noggit, Taliis or YiasEdit.

There's several guides in the section for Noggit and Taliis, but YiasEdit is new so
read though the thread about instead.

I checked Noggit but it's final release is 2.x.x, I need 3.3.2 so..
Now I am checking Taliis. PS: Taliis doesn't work for me.
YiasEdit - ok I started it!! But I don't understand it really..

PS: Can someone give me a Noggit/Taliis or something else for wow world editing, guide for DUMMIES. (I mean real dumb)

Check out the Noggit development thread it's 3.x.x

Taliis requires you to be able to run Java files.
