Edit sticking around after I delete it

I use a human female --> undead male model edit and I wanted to go back to human so I deleted the patch-mpq from my data folder. I've done this many times with many different class/race combos so I semi know what I'm doing. After I deleted the mpq and logged back into WoW with no model edits active, all my female human characters were still showing undead male. If anyone knows how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you may have updated WoW with the model edits not removed from the folder. When this happens, the edits will merge with the official Bl1zz files, and corrupt them. I would find a friend and copy their patch-x.MPQ files, or delete an MPQ, run the repair utility, and patch the game up from base WotLK. I'll try to find one of the other threads like this that I posted more specific instructions in.
