question about the mount swaps

ok i have a couple quick questions. 1 im a noob to this and i was wondering if u could make one of the gryphons like the swift red or one of them to Bloodbathed Frostbrood Vanquisher? and possibly make swift white steed to the swift spectral tiger mount? when u make these do they have the sound files with them too for when they are summoned? and also the major part is when i download these, where and HOW do i save them so they work? thank you, i hope you can help

Changing mount a to mount b:Yes it works if you find the correct files.
Sound effect: From personal experience the sounds changes.
Saving patch-x.MPQ: The custom patch files need to be saved in the data folder in your World Of Warcraft folder.

PS: Nothing can be changed while you are in the game so restart the game after adding custom files.
