arena modification

i was just woundering how i can make a fence in game anywhere, i was going to put up some fences in a arena but i am not good a game objects.Anyone know how i can make a fence pop up i'm sure it's prob. easy but i never bothered with game objects before.

What good would some fences do in the arena?

It's easy bannable on live and 2nd it won't affect your opponents.
