A question about rain..

Ever since weather effects came out, I've been searching for a mod that would make it rain in every zone possible, at all times, very hard. I don't quite know if this is possible, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't really fit model editing, but it doesn't quite fit in anywhere else.

If anyone knows of a mod like this, or even if it would be possible, I'd look forward to your input.. Thanks in advance.

I have a mangos server and there is a DBC for the weather, you can change what weather you want for each zone i think. If you put all the same variable for all zone it should work. ( working for me - at least for one zone that raining all the time )

Modifying the DBC for rain will work on a live server too (unless they changed it)

The location of weather is specified by the server. The client only defines the look of it.

Cool. How do I get to these files? I've never messed with them before or even heard of them. Can't find them anywhere and wikipedia isn't helping..
