Basic World Edits

Im brand new to World Edits. And I want to do some basic world edits for a Private Server that I am hosting, I just want to learn how to Do basic things, Make land higher, Add texture... Maybe buildings. If someone could help me out or post a link to a topic helping me that would be great. Thanks

Maybe partially, but a lot of the questions asked refer to Model Editing.

@Moonfane check out the noggIt thread in the Main Forum (by Schlumpf). noggIt allows you to edit ground levels (raising/lowering), change tileset textures etc. If you have a question about it specifically though, search around. There are many topics on it.
