how to update DBC edit/MPQ

So my question is, how do you update a DBC edit/MPQ?

i have one laying around here which i want to use but i only see blue/white colored cubes in the new area's , so how do you update it?

that's the problem, i can't.

I downloaded one and now he's outdated and the auther isn't updating it.

so you have to learn it or you just play with some nice little cubes
