How come, whenever i model swap... the weapons are all messed up?

Okay, i just thought i would start model editing today. The first thing i tried to do was a weapon Swap. Daggers (Nemesis Blade and Orcish Deathblade) To the sunwell swords. I used MyWarcraftStudio to extract the .m2, .blp, and .skin files, and i have created an MPQ with them using the full path of the daggers. Anyways, everytime i do this i get some mixed up weird jumble of the item, like it is the item but it looks like someone took it and crumpled it up and then rearranged it

Instead of messing around with all those files, just edit your itemcache with a hex editor.
