Dragon flying animations

Does anyone know if there is a way to enable the flying animations attached to the dragon models as shown in the model viewer?

This is the file I speak of. When I change my character displayID to that of a green dragon (24142 is the modelID I use), and I try to fly or do any of the 'hover' tricks, none of it evokes the flying animations or anything. I was wondering if there was a way to fix this.
