[Question] Shoulder editing broken race

How would I go about editing the shoulder size on the broken race for an increase?

I have an MPQ of a NiM to Broken Male, but the shoulder size is far too small, and I was wondering if it is possible to fix it.

I'v already requested one to be made, from two people, and now i'm doing it myself and asking how to increase the shoulder size, or do people on MMOwned just slack off?
