Is this possible? (Fixing shoulder mounting points)

hey
i want to play a female troll when the addon comes
but what's bothering me too much to do it is the position of the shoulderpads
you probably already know they are floating in the air
i would like to have them a little lower on the actual shoulders

so does anybody know how to fix this?
willing to pay for a solution
