1 problem with new model edit Ive made

Hiya. Ive been looking for a Tauren Female to Blood Elf female edit but havent had anyone able to make one for me or otherwise, so I decided to try it myself I ended up with it mostly perfect, minus one little problem.

The green screen hair is on my belf and all NPCs. Anyway to fix this, or, does anyone have a working edit? Also, NPCs showed up as belfs, but had a tauren face making for a very.. interesting blood elf.

Oops, heres the screenshot of the buggy hair.

Oh, I made this with Glitchys, it worked fine otherwise just need to fix the hair problem and possibly NPCs face.

i think you just did it with renaming the files ?

Race2Race with all working features
on my pc the dbc util prog ****ed up the excel data. if this happens on your pc aswell u can use instead the dbc editor from ~sInX's post

ähm i think glitchy himself wrote that the char2char changes won't work perfect u just have to display the helmet
