[Help] MyWarcraftStudio wont load .m2

Well, title almost speaks for itself.

Recently decided to start on some model editing to contribute.
I downloaded MyWarCraftStudio, but when i click on an .m2 file wich should show the model, the program crashes instead.
"MyWarCraftStudio.exe is not responding"

Any help, or suggestions for another program?

Extract with MPQE instead of MWS.

1) Go to your MyWarcraftStudio folder
2) Delete the file M2Render.dll
3) Start the program up, crash nomore.
4) Use Model Viewer to view models instead.

Am i the only one this happens to? Is it possible to fix?

It could be fixed if MWCS was updated anymore. But that's unlikely, so no.

I have the source code, and it can easily be found on the net. Someone just needs to update it.

Err, actually MWCS used to display .m2 files quite dependably if lacking in texture and geoset options. It's not worked for quite some time now, I'd venture to say 3.0 broke it altogether, but it certainly was possible for a long time before that.
