Manipulating custom-made weapons to your choice

Hey folks.
i have a quick question and i will give +Rep to the one who can answer me
okay, assuming i just downloaded "Bloodmourne" a custom made weapon by Kendor, now i got the MPQ file, but how do i change my weapons (Bloodied Arcanite Reaper - Item - World of Warcraft) into this sword?

in case some of you know how to do this, but cba to make a guide, here is the link for the Bloodmourne MPQ file. as explained i would really like to have my Bloodied Arcanite Reaper - Item - World of Warcraft made into this sword and i will ofc +Rep whoever got time to help me out.

To model edit something into Bloodmourne, you need it's item ID before you can do anything else. Get me the ID, and I should be able to make the edit for you

i think i found it, the ID is 42943

I'm sorry, I thought this was gonna be a simple hex edit, but after having looked at Kendors patch, I found out it was something more difficult that I know nothing about

Edit: Also my MyWarCraftStudio crashes everytime I try to open some of the files in the patch :/

u think you could teach me how to do it?
or link me a guide if such exist? i have been looking for one, but there dosent seem to be one who teaches exactly this.
