I've been model editing for a little while now, and one of the strange things I've noticed while running my model edits is that many many edits seem to at least partially fail when running in parallel.
For example: I wish to run both a BeF-HuF and a BeM-HuM MPQ at the same time. Every time I put both of these MPQ's in my data folder and name them each something like patch-x.MPQ and patch-y.MPQ, the one with the higher order number/letter will always fail to properly apply the new texture. (in this case, patch-y.MPQ will retain the old texture).
Has anyone else encountered this issue and, more importantly, is anyone aware of a solution?
