    Model Editing, Not dead?

I saw a post of the Art of Illusion m2 plugin. I downloaded art of illusion, put the plugin in the plugin folder and when I try to import the m2, it takes forever and doesnt finish. The guy who posted it says you have to extract the .skins, but how do I do that and where? I'm sorry if thats a noob question, but I'm not familiar with model editing anymore since WOTLK. Also, I have a small request. I have a model edit that I downloaded quite some time ago from this site and now it no longer functions. Im assuming its because of all the new patches. If your up to the task, here is the file. Sword Model If your able to get that .MPQ to function and tell me how, that'd be great. Currently it just shows up blank in game. It replaces ashbringer. It's suppose to be this weapon (Screenshot from 2.4.3)

For extracting the files just use some MPQ-Tool like Ladik's MPQEditor: MPQ Archives - Downloads

If the model was created pre-Wotlk, there is atm no way to get it to work, I'm sry.

It would be a lot easier to use glitchys mes. aoi is a realy bad program, for modeling, textureing, import and exporting. Glitchys mes is easy. it just asks for your file, and where the new file should be, scale, blp ect. done. realy easy to use.

And ofc theres lots of ways to make pre-wotlk models to 3.xx models.
