How to make Lowerping and WoWME working together?

hello guys, im live in oceanic and playing US-wow, so i lagging very much.

Now the problem is if i starting wowme by Sockscap(lowerping launcer thing), it will stuck but world of warcraft no respond.

cause a rogue on my server told me his friend helped him to make both of Lowerping and WOWME working together, and i can get tips from here.

So im asking for help, could any experienced player tell me how can i do it please?

In freecap,go "File",then "new app".In there just find your wowme.exe in your WoW folder and accept.Next time you wanna play,instead of clicking on wow icon in freecap,click on wowme one works for me like that
