Disformed Undead head

Hey , I was wondering if someone could help me out with this. I changed my model from Blood Elf Male to Undead Male and this is what happends...



As you can see , my Undead still has the skin of my former Blood Elf. If someone could fix this it would be well appreciated and ofc +rep

Also this is what concerns me..


On this image you can see very well that the whole chin is missing, if anyone knows how to resolve this please post it here.

Hmm, I think its a problem with the head you chose as a BE, because my guess is that you picked the head type that when put on an undead it shows one of the ones with no chin...

It's because the Blood Elf Facial Texture files are missing for some reason, so when you model edit from Blood Elf --> Undead, there's a hole where UD Facial Textures normally would have been.
