Yo, right, about model editing,
I'm able to use C4D (Cinema 4D, 3D modeling program)
and therefore, I'm quite capable of making any model whatsoever, unless it's massive and takes me a few months ><, but, i haven't focused on learning how to convert models into WoW, so, if anyone would like me to create a model which he/she intends to modify and convert it into a WoW model file, on the purpose of "changing skins", let me know.

erm, simply put. you want something from rl to wow, ill do it for you, you either convert it or ask someone to convert it for you. or i will if i have taken my time to figure out how.
