Problem with swaping shield to offhand weapons

Hi, i using Model Swap v.9 by Glitchy.
When i'm trying to swap my shield to any offhand weapon, i got bugged cube on my hand instead of model that i wanted. Someone can tell me solution?
I that even possible to swap shield with any offhand weapon?

It's possible to switch them but you can't just use that program for it. I believe there is a guide about switching shield and off-hand in the Guide section. Hope that helps.
