Question - Critical Errors

Hello, I've recently just changed my model from gnome female > undead female.

It work's great, but the only problem I have is;

Whenever I change form, i.e ( Deviate Delight, Sheep, Maexenna's web) after I come out of any form of Model change, I get a WoW Critical Error.

Anything I can do to fix this?

this is the error I get. For some reason I can just move the window to my second monitor and continue playing untill I click "Don't Send" or "Send Error Report"

P.S: I changed my file to 'patch-5.MPQ', I'm not sure if that has something to do with it?

I know I'm only a leecher. But any advice would be great. Thanks
