new custom animations

hi,

searched for hours here and googled it but didn´t find anything.
is it possible to create own custom animations?
for spells or weapon swings for example.
all i found is swaping but that´s a bit boring imo

would be nice if u have a link to a guide or some other usefull informations.

you have to do it by hand via hexediting
