Combining .mpq files

I am also trying to combine a similar .MPQ but I am afraid it is too hard for me to learn alone can you help me by giving some tips

I am trying to modify my night elf female char to modified belf female

In order to do so I have 2 .MPQ files from:

*NiF->BeF from:
http://www.mmowned.com/forums/simple...more-come.html

*Belf modify from:
http://www.mmowned.com/forums/simple...1-0-model.html

which topics are the same as you mentioned up here but I failed to combine them together can you help me please =)
