    Adding lines in dbc

    Is there any way to actually add lines to a dbc files?
    Like a better DBC editor thats able to do that or something?

    Yep, a better one.

    Even useing DBCUtil (the most basic tool ever (dbc«»csv)), you can add new lines. Try Taliis.

    By the way I tried DBCUtil before but it doesnt work at all for me, Taliis works,
