[Question](Noob Q) Where do I put the MPQ?

I just downloaded a file that basically makes my Black War Bear look like a AQ Mount. But, I'm not sure of where to put to MPQ file into so that it actually takes affect. I have searched the Questions forums and it wasn't anywhere I could find.
