Race => Creature

Okay I found a thread on how to do Race => Creature. WoW is currently reinstalling so I have a question for an experienced Editor:

If I change my model (Human Male) Would that change all Human Males in game into the creature?

All that use the Human Male model, there are some like King Varian who have their own custom model or use one other than the base. So all the human male players would be changed.

not so sure about that... with standard model edits (i.e. glitchy's, etc.), yes that would be the case. but, since you have to do a DBC edit in this case, I'd think that if you only change the model ID for human male PC's, only they would be affected.
