    Creating a .MPQ file

    Ive tried going to Pack(P) -> Create new MPQ but it doesn't give me the option to make one, just open existing ones!

    More info: i want to create this .blp i edited in paint into a new model

    Try using Ladik's MPQ editor.

    (I had to re-upload it because I can't find it anywhere on the internet.)

    @Dan - .MPQ (or .mpq) files are made/developed by Blizzard. Unless you find a company that is familiar with modifying WoW, you wont find somewhere to convert files to them online.
