How to modify WoW with Mac

I'm simply asking if there is a program for Mac that I could use for editing/modifying WoW. I know there are ways to do this on MaNGOS with certain commands, but with an exterior program - I cannot find anything. I've tried working with some PC programs in Darwine, but I want to avoid using parallels or boot camp.

    EDIT: I'm using Arcemu Rev.2521 - Mac Intel - Version 10.5.6 Core 2 Duo - 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3

Please do not post crap about how macs are or how they are publicized. I don't want this to become a feeding ground for winning people.

    Thanks
