Simple How Too ON Model Changing

I have tried to read posts to get answers to my questions without posting. If you know of any threads that deal with this, please link them if you don't want to type it out for a 'tard like me.

I'am trying a simple model swap for Female Bloodelf to Female Undead. I downloaded the files and WoWME and followed all the instructions. When I select the character, it's all black. I've seen a few other people with this problem on here but no one has given a real answer.

How can I fix this? I put the MPQ in the Data folder, started wow through the proxy, everything looks good to me. If someone can bother to break it down to me, I would really really appreciate it and rep you. I'm sure alot of other model change newbs would appreciate it as well.

Do not download those outdated files. And search for "black screen" just once. Its been there yesterday..
