Helmfix guide/Helmfix for taf to nif.

Well, I've been looking around the forums for a couple of days now and I can't seem to find any threads containing a guide for helmfixes, let alone a helmfix specific to the race swap I've done. The only thing I could find on google was an outdated guide from 07, which soon became useless as the MPQ files have changed too much since it was written (it was asking me to find files that no longer existed in what I'd extracted). If anyone could point me toward a guide for general helmfix assistance, or, better yet, find something specific to my race swap (taf to nif), I'd be most grateful and provide rep.
