3.08a problem..need some help~:)

HI guys:
It seems my model change BE female-->Human male file works for 3.08a.problem is my game client sometime shut down itself without any reason. Is it my model file problem or just caused by my launcher ? I said this coz I don't use a wowme I use aonther one..so..perhaps this is the reason?

I have tried to make a new MPQ to change my BE female to Human male. It actually works for my own char and other players..however lots of NPC become a cubic...include Orc torll undead NPCs. Can anybody tell me the reason for this issue?
