well, i would like to help u, but i just have the german client.
and i don't know, how to change .mpq files; i'm just doing it with the itemcache.wdb.

if u upload ur itemcache.wdb, i'll download it and change it for u, if you want.
then u just replace it with the old one in your wow directory and it should work fine.
