A program like Noggit

I've been trying to find a program that works like a map editor for WoW and works similar to the way Noggit does any program I encounter is EXTREMELY outdated. Which is really annoying I have the filling that I missed out and now I'll never get the chance to use a tool like that. Can anyone give me a link to a map editor that isnt 100 years old?

There arn't ANY public map editors currently for 3.0.3.

If you are planning to create custom ADT's for 3.0.3, you will have to have another copy of WoW patched to 2.4.2-2.4.3 and use Beket's Noggit modification.
