    Display Problem

Ok so I finally figured out how to texture models and stuff. Now I am trying to get them to display in game. I thought everything was set to go you know I identified the texture and put a treepath....but well I got this error.

Now the sword is suppose to look like this.

*Note* Yes I know its not that great, but I'm more concerned with getting it to work.

Heres the texture. (Remember I said I was concerned more with getting it to work xD)
    SorianTexture

Heres the non-.blp format of the texture.
    Texture (Not Blp)

    And heres the model.
    Model

Edit: I just found out the model doesn't show up for some reason, heres the .max Sorian.max

On another note, I got bored so I made this

(It's the same sword just a different texture)

Unfortunately, this doesn't work as well. But if you want to try this one instead of the prior one...heres everything for this..

    GoldenSword.max

    Model

    Texture

    Patch
*Note this patch replaces the "worn shortsword". Night Elf warriors start with worn short swords..So roll one to test.
However, so far I've only crashed on my testing attempts..

So yeah, if anyone can help me solve this nondisplaying/crashing problem...I'd be very thankful.

Uhm... Live servers? You'd have to convert the model from 2.* to 3.* M2 formats.

Erm, what do you mean? The model is already in .m2 format...I don't quite get what your saying. Also, no its not a live server xD Its a private server, and that specific server is 2.4.3

Edit: I think I know what one of the problems may be.....it doesn't show up when you try to import it into autodesk 3ds max when its in .3DS type!?!?
Ugh....Well heres the .max...If you guys need it to help me solve the problem.
