[Texture issue] Gryphon to frostwyrm.

Hi,

I've tried to swap the death kinghts gryphon into a frostwyrm, and this is what I get so far:






My question is simple, I'd like to know how to fix this. The thing is that the gryphon (creature\GRYPHON\Gryphon_Skeletal_Mount.M2) does NOT have any *.blp file whereas the wyrm does have 3 of them. I've tried many renaming of the *.blp files and it never worked, so if a model editing expert could help me in any way, it would be greatly appreciated (with +rep ofc).

If it is just impossible, then can someone try to swap the wyverns into the frostwyrm ? I don't find the data for the riding ones (or if I did, it didn't work)

P.S: I know I'm a lazy leecher, but as you can see I'm trying to fix this ;p I'm new at model editing but I'm working on it.
