Black Character Selection Screen

Hello,

For the first time today, I tried to swap a race (NE Male to Human Female) on my own. At first, it worked pretty well because I went looking straight for the haircolor, skincolor etc. of my own character (also used some different texture to remove that ugly beard of mine) and replaced it with human female textures.

Anyways, I used that modelchange.exe file, logged in to my account and the result was fantastic, so I thought, ''Hey! Let's do the complete race swap with the other hair colors and all that''. So I extracted all the files, renamed the beginning of them with ''NightElfMale'' and placed them in the patch-4.mpq file like I did it with the selected files before when I tried it out.

So, when I logged in, I wasn't able see my character due to a black screen and that's what my problem is.
I'd like to know if any of you guys knew what I did wrong there and could help me out with this.

hmm sound like you named the path to the .m2 wrong or the file name itself.
