1. Make sure you have installed Kynox's M.E.F * follow the instructions on use * (Model edit Fix) - World of Warcraft Model Edit Fix by Kynox - MMOwned - World of Warcraft Exploits, Hacks, Bots and Guides
2. Rename the file Patch-2.Mpq into Patch-7.mpq and then place the file into your wow/data folder.
3. Open Wow - run the M.E.F - have fun.
