    3ds to M2 Ingame

I'm following this guide http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...beginners.html I finished it...but I'm sure I messed up somewhere. This is What I got

The cryptfiend is green...I replaced the frog model with the cryptfiend and placed the blp like so.

Now Im thinking I messed up somewhere here...

" Now in M2Modder with your file opened, do this:
    t
    n
    0
TEXTURENAME.blp (You might have to make the name shorter, there's a limit of 15 characters)
    -1
    q
    q
    9) Now packing is just like normal. Create a new mpq archive. Get what your changing's treepath (in this example, a frog). Add your m2 to the archive under the treepath and name. Add the blp to the archive. (DO NOT RENAME IT OR PUT IT IN A FOLDER IN THE ARCHIVE.)"

I'm not sure what I did wrong, can anyone help?

Heres the file if you want to see exactly whats in the .mpq

Rename "CryptFiend.blp" to "Texturec.blp", or change the texture name in the M2 with M2modder (or hex).
