[Question] Glitchy's and spell swapping

So let's say i swapped fel armor for bone armor and it works ok, then i swapped shadow bolt for chaos bolt and it worked just fine but the fel armor swap stopped working. Is this how it should be or am i doing something wrong?:confused:
