    MPQ files

    Is there a way to play more than one patch-X.MPQ file?

    Example if one is the race change an the other is the posion effect change.

    Yes, of course. You can simultaneously have any patch-#.MPQs where # is a letter between a and z (both upper and lower case work) or a number between 0 and 9.
