How to make MPQ Files?

Hello, ive just started model changing and i have a question.
I know now how to change existing models into another one, for example changing a chicken into illidan
I all do that in My warcraft studio and i just save it in the same MPQ i opened.
Now my question is how i could make a small MPQ file with only the change i made, because i'd like to share some things i dont want to give people the full common.MPQ file xD And when i want to change equipment, i change it in the itemcache.wdb.. but how can i make the change into a MPQ file?

Ive tried to search but i barely find anything, and when i do, i dont understand it =(

just create a new MPQ in MWCS and save it somewhere. When you've added your files, you can just close MWCS and the MPQ will automaticly save everything.
