2. Baked texture on your models DOESN'T work. You need to apply UVW mapping on it and make the texture from scratch with the UVW map as base.
3. Particles aren't included in the model when exporting it, you must do it via hex editing (?) to add particles like glow, fire etc on the model.
4. As detailed as you can I think depends, just don't get way too overboard with vertices and stuff.
