Ummm ok so i was asking myself, that if i create ,, let's say .. a ingame island on my private server.. does my guess would see it too? ingame

Model edits are client side only. That means only YOU see it. BUT there's a way how they can see it too. Just give them the patch you are using and they also see it. if you are the owner of the private server, you could maybe make a patch yourselve that includes the model edit patch you are using.
