noggit overheats?

So I've been trying to work a lot with NoggIt these past few months, but Im a bit afraid of using it. You see, when iddling my cpu temp is about 30C. When gaming about 45C (I know this is already too high). But when I use Noggit it rises to over 60C, and Im afraid it might damage some of the parts. Im using SpeedFan 4.34 to test the temperatures, so it should be true.

So does anyone know if noggit is actually causing heating problems, and if it is, can it cause any hardware problems?

hm cpu's can handle over 100celsius right? thats what i heard, and yes this happens to me too i havnt checked temprature but both my cores goes to 100% when using noggit (i usually play wow while i do it)
