[Request] Undead change to Undead

Hey,

I'm very new to all of the Model Changing stuff so i'm not sure if what i'm asking is possible or not but i'll ask anyway.

I'm currently a Male Undead with Face and Hair Style which i don't like anymore >.<

Wondering if it is possible to be changed?

If so, was hoping it could be changed to this:
