[Question] instance swapping EMD

Alright I've run into an odd problem when trying to apply an instance swap to the emerald dream. I load wow me with everything correct.
It starts wow and suddenly disappears no error message or anything like that. No error recorded in the WoW error logs. I then removed the instance swaps from the data folder, and wala it started like it should.
I would like to know if there is any info I can get on this odd occurence.
Note no error message!
